1. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us by email of your decision to withdraw from the contract:

2. Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your withdrawal notice.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

3. Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services

For coaching, language lessons, and other services, the right of withdrawal may expire early.

You agree that:

If the service has been fully provided within the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal is lost.
If the service has partially begun at your request during the withdrawal period, you must pay for the portion already provided.

This is required by Art. 356(4) and Art. 357(8) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive.
