Huimin Jia – Business & Chinese Services
1. Scope
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Huimin Jia – Business & Chinese Services, including Chinese language teaching, cultural introduction, and coaching sessions delivered online or in person. By booking a service, the client accepts these Terms & Conditions.
2. Services
We offer individual and group coaching sessions focused on Chinese language and cultural understanding. Services may be delivered online or in person. Details such as duration, content, and pricing are provided on the website or communicated directly.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via email, booking system, or direct agreement.
Payment terms:

Payment is due before the session unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PayPal, or other methods listed on the website.

Travel costs for in‑person sessions may apply and will be communicated in advance.
4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client cancellations:

Cancellations up to 48 hours before the session are free of charge.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are charged at 100% of the session fee.

Missed appointments without notice are fully charged.
Rescheduling:

Rescheduling is possible up to 48 hours before the session, subject to availability.
Provider cancellations:
If we must cancel a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. Packages and Validity

Packages must be paid in full before the first session.

Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Unused sessions expire after the validity period and are non‑refundable.
6. Prices
All prices are listed on the website or communicated individually.
Prices may change, but confirmed bookings remain at the agreed rate.
All prices include 19% VAT according to German tax regulations.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:

providing accurate information during booking

ensuring a stable internet connection for online sessions

arriving on time

using provided materials only for personal use
8. Liability
We are not liable for:

technical issues on the client’s side

delays caused by internet or communication problems
-
decisions the client makes based on coaching content
Liability is limited to cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Copyright
All teaching materials and content provided during sessions are protected by copyright.
Clients may not copy, distribute, publish, or share materials without written permission.
10. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy available on this website.
11. Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
